We will process your application to open a business address as soon as we receive the required documents. Once these have been verified in accordance with the WWFT legislation, your virtual office will be set up.
When you choose a virtual office at Igluu, you can register your company at our address with the Chamber of Commerce.
At Igluu, you can choose from four terms: six months, one year, two years or three years. After the initial fixed term, all our agreements have a notice period of two full calendar months.
To activate a virtual office with us, we will need at least an extract from the Chamber of Commerce, proof of identity and your bank details. Depending on the nature of your business, we may be required to request additional information.
