The office can be personalized to a limited extent to match both your and our corporate identity. We will ensure recognizability and branding, especially on our signage, so that your company is clearly visible to visitors.
Yes, we encourage regular tenants to use these ‘home spaces’. As a member of Igluu, you receive a substantial fixed discount when booking meeting rooms for yourself, your team and your guests.
You can use our focus rooms, open lounge, living room and courtyard garden. We also have covered bicycle parking and parking spaces for rent, with the option of electric charging.
We are not concerned about that. We work with many independent professionals (freelancers) and SMEs. You can come and experience Igluu for yourself. The first step is a mutual introduction to get to know each other and each other’s concepts better.
Our rent is all-inclusive. This includes use of our reception and hospitality team, use of the lounge, focus rooms, and meeting rooms, coffee and tea, Wi-Fi, a print bundle, utilities and service costs, and cleaning of your office. You are also welcome at our location and in your office 24/7.
The rental rate is based on the size of the office space. In addition, the term, furniture and other optional elements can influence the rate. You can rent your own space from us starting at €300 per month. Are you looking for a more affordable solution? Then a coworking space is available for only €250 per month.
Once you rent office space from us, your office space is accessible 24/7.
