From our office at Igluu, overlooking the new Victoria Park that is currently under construction, our expertise lies literally and figuratively beneath the surface.
ESPS is a certified soil management company and supervises projects from preparation to implementation, including the management of deployment, equipment, and safety. Epsilon Group is a certified consulting and engineering firm for soil and the living environment and supports clients in planning, project management, and substantive issues.
We conduct research, take care of permit applications and notifications, translate measurement results into a feasible approach, and provide guidance in the field. In this way, we ensure that locations can be developed responsibly and achieve a lasting impact on the environment and living environment with short lines of communication from Igluu.
ETB Support Solutions
Our office at Igluu overlooks the Binnenhof and is located opposite the entrance to Q-Park De Witte Dame, where we are continuing to build our presence in the Netherlands.
We are ETB Support Solutions. Although we are new to this building, our experience goes back more than twenty years. Since its foundation in 2003, ETB has grown from an organization in Turkey to an international BPO partner with offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Suriname, Bulgaria, Belgium, and Morocco.
With over 1,700 employees, we are active in customer contact, back office, IT, and credit management. Every day, we create valuable customer and employee experiences for a wide range of national and international clients.
Homeloan
My office is located on one of the corners of Igluu, overlooking the police station. From there, I run Homeloan, my mortgage advisory practice.
My name is Niels de Jong (31) and I mainly assist first-time buyers in the housing market with financing their first home. With clarity, transparency, and a single point of contact, I ensure a structured and understandable process.
Outside of work, I live in Eindhoven with my fiancée Susanne and our cat Baloo. You can often find me on the squash court or at a terrace enjoying good food and drinks. I am also a board member at Jong! Eindhoven, where entrepreneurship, networking, and ambition are central. If you would like to meet me, you are more than welcome to do so.
Poker Ecosystem
My name is Tom Smeets and I have been active in the poker world for over twenty years now. I work here every day from my office at Igluu in the ‘laantje’, overlooking the WestCord Hotel.
What started as a hobby in 2004 grew into my career after I obtained my Master’s degree in Finance. Over the past ten years, I have combined playing with affiliate management for an online poker training site. My focus these days is mainly on online and live tournaments in Europe.
I live with my family in Nuenen and am the proud father of a daughter (8) and son (5). Due to renovations, I am temporarily renting an office at Igluu, which I am very happy with. I am looking forward to the future.
